These little pocket bellows are great. You can focus the air directly to where you want it without sticking your face right in the firepit and getting smoke and ash back at you. Really simple design, simply looks like a portion of a large old school retractable antenna, but very smart design and idea. Works great and is light weight. A little pricey for what it is, but it is probably worth the one time purchase and hopefully will last a long time.

This is a good little buy. It’ll get a fire going pretty darn quick. I do think it could’ve been slightly cheaper for a little half a car antenna thing, but I won’t complain much because it is pretty smart idea. After blowing through it a couple times it will start to produce a little condensation, but I just air it out a bit and no biggy. I am glad I got it, works good for my fireplace and I’m sure I’ll bring it for backpacking or camping.
